Yes it's a passive increase for each costume you attain

Yes. You get a passive stat increase for each costume that you own. You don't even need to wear the outfit.

You know, I'd be annoyed by how pay to win that is, but given the state of Arena (and it being the only competition involved) I am suprisingly okay with this situation. Because it'd bug me much more having costumes tied to their stats.

Well tbh you couldn't brag about being in the top 100 in AT, in fact you would look bad because it would mean that you have wasted money on this game and if you are in the top 100 you'll gain more stuff, but is it worth the money you've spent to achieve such goal ? I doubt it.

So I'll take the 75 gems every week.
