Change account without losing everything.

Just want to know how to log out and still have stuff saved for it so I can use different account and then return back when done. This is to test my friend account to see if issue is related to his game or his account or just his device no longer able to keep up with latest updates and lagged behind.

I have both code and password saved on my computer along with user ID. Do I use reset game or delete account? Can I get everything back if I use the link account again with those information or are they deleted from database? How does this work?
