Action Taimanin

Action Taimanin

ingrid, the worst taimanin
1,The weapon she uses is a two-handed long sword, not a rapier. Instead, she uses ordinary fencing attacks. The first three normal attacks are straight stabs, which causes her attack to have a blind spot in the first 2 seconds -----This means that you cannot attack the enemy on the side within the first 2 seconds.

2, The demon swordmanship skill strengthens the normal attack, but the action is too slow, and only the last blow can slash in a wide range. (Normal attacks are swinging the sword on the spot, not chasing the enemy)

3, Piercing dragon with two blue supporters, only gave the opponent 5 seconds of hellfire, What a useless skill it is....And when you use 3 green supports, you can have 3 stun skills, evil flare, evil heat blast, and crescent slash. I believe most people will choose three green supports instead of the hellfire given by blue supports.

Therefore, her characteristic Hellfire has no value at all, it needs to burn for at least 15 seconds to make sense.

Normal attacks cannot quickly sweep the enemies in front and sides, and the efficiency is particularly low.

So , Ingrid is very strange and very bad, this is my opinion. (•́へ•́╬)

Maybe she is good for 1vs1 ?

I think she is better at PVP than PVE...

She has too many extra moves that annoys me very much. When I use rinko, kurenai, sakura, I can complete a daily quest in 40 seconds, while Ingrid takes 1.5 minutes to more than 2 minutes. (艹皿艹)

Way I have my Ingrid built is she crits constantly and gains more damage. Getting hit causes a AoE burst every time and shes a tank. So All I have to do is keep clicking main attack and things Melt.

Doing Hard mode Dailies nearly perfectly at only lvl40

Increase crit rate? Asagi’s skill mueika has the same 5-second critical strike rate. The difference is that asagi’s normal attacks are wide-ranging cross-cuts; Ingrid’s blinking ember also only has a 5-second critical strike rate, but because her normal attacks are difficult to attack at once wide range of enemies, so it is not very useful when facing multiple enemies

oboro can also do the most difficult daily quest at level 40

Question: What does Hellfire actually DO? If it's detailed anywhere I apparently missed it.

As for Ingrid: Yeah, she's a single target DPS build in a game built on mass fighting and has no self sustain option in her kit. It's like they built her kit for a whole other game.:raven:

In the in-battle pause menu, you can click on the "icon list" or whatever it's called. This says that Hellfire reduces enemy attack strength. In addition to damage over time I believe.

Ah, thank you, gonna have to give that a good look. Gonna agree with the OP that she has remarkably few options to apply it built into her kit. If the developers are deliberately making an iconic part of a charicter's ability set a function of their supporter? That's really a bad idea, not just because it cheapens that by letting anyone use it, but because said supporter is only up for grabs for a tiny window of time. That's effectively locking off everyone who missed that event from ever having that charicter fully working as you would think they should.:raven:

In Chapter 12 of the main quest, ingrid is the boss. You can try to get her to burn you with hellfire. The continuous burning damage of Hellfire is very terrible. I remember the first time I met her and was burned to lose one-third of the HP.

Hellfire burn damage, it seems to ignore the defense, according to the proportion and duration of HP loss, which is why I bought the [helping hands] package and had accumulated 20 days of diamonds to buy ingrid. But I am disappointed, 5 seconds of hellfire...... The effect is the same as nothing.

For example, there are no flaws in anyone’s combo, but ingrid’s demon swordmanship has a big flaw. It is not just the lack of range attack, but the eighth strike will stop for a while during the attack, so that the enemy on the side can easily run away from YOUR combo

True, her basic attacks are very clunky. No good gap-closer, and, like you mentioned, cannot hit enemies on the side with the initial attacks. This makes me believe she's a more skill-focused character like Shiranui, as opposed to Asagi who seems to focus almost solely on standard attacks.

I'd like to also add that Ingrid's combo attack feels like it goes on forever. Which makes me wonder: how hard does her combo finisher hit at Lv. 70-75? Currently, my Ingrid is at Lv. 52.

I have to say: I have no idea what Hellfire does. I mean, is it a Damage-Over-Time effect? If so, how much damage does it do and how often?

Well, I don't really use Blue build anyway. I prefer the red build because of how well my supporters synergize with it - and it has very useful Slow and Speed Up -effects. But, Green build does sound pretty good for PvP with all the CC it has.

But is she the worst character? Hmm, I'm not willing to take that title from Su yet, based on my experience.

su is much better than ingrid, as long as 2 green build allow you to have super armor through shinryuuga. Then your attack cannot be interrupted by the enemy. One more thing, su's blade dance can retain subsequent attacks. For example, if you hit an enemy 8 times and then dodge for a period of time, the subsequent combo can be saved. For example, before fighting the boss, you punch 8 times, and then you can directly slash with the sword when you see the boss.

* NOTE: Shinryuuga can continue to be used immediately after the super armor expires. This means that you can fight monsters crazy and never worry that the combo will be interrupted.

Nakuryuusou can also give enemies a wide range of attacks. After the sword dance is finished, a Nakuryuusou cleans up a large area of surrounding enemies, and then shinryuuga continues to attack with super armor. . .

Super Armor does protect from being interrupted, but that's about it. It's not a benefit per se for Su; it's a requirement to play as Su. Without it, she gets interrupted too easily.

Not only that, but Super Armor can make you oblivious that you're losing health. In that regard, it can be a double-edged sword.

Su's combo attacks are unique, but work clunky in practice. First and foremost, majority of her standard attacks lack meaningful cleave, making it virtually single-target. And while it's cool she can dodge and retain her combo sequence, it presents a little problem: timing. Imagine you need to quickly jab at the opponent to interrupt them, but instead do one of the slow combo finisher moves instead and get hit in the process. If you had Super Armor, you still dealt damage, but couldn't avoid taking damage.

I don't know how exactly I would rank Ingrid, but I'll still pick her over Su any day.

Need a berserker. I hate the feeling of being interrupted by monsters. Besides the arena tower, no monster can quickly kill su

* Shinryuuga can continue to be used immediately after the super armor expires. which means : a fter Shinryuuga, you will continue to have a super armor. Doing this repeatedly is equivalent to infinite super armor
