Just out of curiosity, because I have no idea and nothing comes to mind, WHAT is the job outfit supposed to be if anyone knows reading this?

There's already an Idol costume category, and they're fancier. So maybe not.
If it weren't for there also already being a Race Girl costume set, I might think it's that.
Maybe a Hooters-style/themed cafe waitress? (yeah, random guessing :P )

The default color scheme does look taxi driver-ish but I'm pretty sure it's a cheerleader outfit. She's holding pom-poms in the full art.

She doesn't hold anything in her hands, so also not pom-poms. You can preview costumes by going to collections. So the taxi driver is correct.

Um... did you watch the video I linked that you quoted? It's clearly a cheerleader uniform. The in-game artwork is literally the same artwork as in the video, just cropped to fit the format.
