most likely your using a PS4/5 controller. have it (i think) enabled.

Unlpug and disconnect any controllers you have connected to or paired with your PC, if you have DS4/5/X then turn that off as well.

Yes, Dualshock controllers cause camera issue in this game. If you want, you can still use it through Steam Input - I do it like this

Yea, I hate this issue not being solved. Clearly for some reason they are hyper sensitive on the sticks of PS controllers so a micrometer to the side, and it gives you a full spinn.

Didn't know you also could get around the problem with steam input, might have to try that someday in the future.
