Could I get time limited costume after time up?
I'm having Asagi Halloween costume and 250 gems left. Now I need to save 700 in 22 days to get the other two.
If I hadn't wasted 80 gems for two useless weapons just a few seconds before I noticed the costume pack.......

my guess is that those will be there every year for halloween, would make sense because then they can add other characters costumes.

We don't know yet. The Japanese version hasn't repeated any events and no limited time content has returned yet. We should know around Christmas when the game has it's first anniversary.
