This new type of event is insanely grindy, I did some math and if you spend 120 energy on 2 runs of hard mode daily and get around 130~ crests, it's going to take you around 4 615 energy JUST to get the event supporter maxed out, they are completely insane. If you do 2 runs of 5x dailies on hard every day, its going to take you about 19,2 days to ONLY get the event supporter maxed out. What in the actual ♥♥♥♥.

I did the Gold daily, and I feel like I got half as much Gold as normal... Did the event drop replace one of the Ingot drop slots?

As long as event is profitable, especially for new players, it is also incredibly boring.

So i've been running the Daily missions for the past 2-3 days using Emily with auto-config, Normal Difficulty (avg drop of 20-30 crests). takes about 5min tops at to spend all the energy at Commander level 50+, which a reset using the AP potions that by now most of us **should** be drowning in (i got 200+ myself so far) can take up as many runs as you're willing to stay in game for.

I run it, alt-tab out and either watch Youtube or scroll Reddit. Sure its mind numbing but nowhere as *hard* as some people make it to be.

I did the math in another thread but Ill post it here too.

It's basically 1 crest per AP used, with a chance for 1 or 2 extra per run.

So easy gives between 4-6 per run at a cost of 4AP,
normal between 8-10 at 8AP
hard between 12-14 at 12AP.

If you used 120AP on hard you'll get between 120-140 crests, or 130 on average.
If you used 120AP on easy you'll get between 120-180 crests, or 150 on average.

Using the average numbers for these
,
If you play the way you described(which seemed to be 240AP a day) you'll end up with:
5460 crests by 21 days on hard.
6300 crests by 21 days on easy.

To get all the best rewards, you would need to spend:
418 AP a day on hard to get 9509.5 crests
362 AP a day on easy to get 9502.5 crests

If you used all the AP you could use in a day(which is 480), by the end you would get:
10.920 crests on hard
12,600 crests on easy

It's a lot easier to schedule in around easy missions and also a lot easier to get your AP to 0 if your got an awkward number for you AP cap. If you have emily, she can auto-beat easy dailies, just put her in an alt tab. My max level emily beats that in about in about 6-10 seconds depending on the daily. Best strategy is don't let yourself hit your AP cap during the day, and before you go to bed or work make sure your at 0 AP so your wasting as little as possible.

I like the event personally, they need to increase the drop rate in hard to at least be equal to easy. It annoying that easy is the best method of farming, because even though I don't really need the mats it would be nice to be getting them anyway. I got ♥♥♥♥♥♥ by the gacha as a new player when I first played and my first couple of event supporters aren't maxed because of it, so I'm more than happy that I can buy the rewards that I want if I put in the time.

This is actually one of the positive changes to the standard fare Lilith made imo. No more rng outside of number of crests that drop. I also stacked 50+ AP refills having never had to use them so this event will be a breeze. Plus grinding out a TON of gold bars in the daily quest during the course of this event and finally having enough gold to max out supporters and Taimanin skills. I hope they maintain this style for the next one.

Yes, grind is better than RNG. But it would hurt them to make story for this event?

I actually like this event. I'm doing dailies i desperately need and the event at the same time.

No story attached to the event sucks though.
