strategy to beat Ingrid

How you people beat Ingrid? She is a bit broken, i mean:
Fast atack with poison efect and when you try to hit her she hovers away.
You just dont have time to atack her before she atacks you.
what i try to ask is how you supouse to atack her?

I allready beat her in hard but i can barely make it with rinko ( my strongest character)
Funny thing, you can easy steamrooll her usin Asagi or Oboro time stop skills.

Yeeeaaaaah buddy! Love Ingrid but she's spanking my Rinko too. (pun intended) I'll pull a suicide run and fight her on Easy then Normal with no supps and "Battle Scarred" to see if I can discover anything useful.

I used Emily with auto-attack build. Had no issues what so ever. Trick is basically to just stay away. Would work as well with Yukikaze.
