I am hearing that this game is a mobile port of a game that doesn't have real nekked ladies. This game is now on PC and if I'm going to play this game on my PC it certainly won't be just to stare at Asagi's clothed butt...... 90% of the appeal is that eventually the clothes will go away and sexy times will ensue... to bait people into paying for a gravure game like DOA beach series..... with a famously pornographic series is beyond my fathoming.

I don't think that thread does a good enough job in it's initial title of expressing the importance of the lewd. Taimanin became popular because of lewd and for them to make a game targeting simps to compete with tame IP like DOA is beyond annoying....

Literally every game out from Taimanin has lewd in it. Them making one game with none is not the end of the series. They have RPGX still going for god's sake. You people get way too high strung about this kind of stuff.

There's also Battle Arena on Nutaku which is free but

A.) It's more greedy than FGO in terms of it's gacha
B.) The gameplay sucks (more of a game than the steam version but still)

Yeah. Lorewise they are stupid powerful because this whole IP always took the shonen power crawl story arch and added copious amounts of lewd. The powerfulness of these 2D waifus is not in question it's the fact that this IP has always been produced by an adult content company and everyone that consumes this product is trained to expect lewds.

Imagine a Porn company telling you your favorite pornstar is releasing a new movie with lots of hot scenes and they even advertise it in an unavoidable advertisement at the beginning of another porn by the same pornstar.... aquire this new movie day one... and its a video of said pornstar walking around in normal clothes on a really hot day in summer....... they offer to let you see other scenes in different PG-13 costumes for more money..... that's it.........

SO Action Taimanin has a splash screen on the afore recommended Taimanin Collection everytime you start the game. I'm already in horny jail doing horny jail stuff and you force me to look at the splash screen advertisement. I am going to make some assumptions about what you are trying to sell me.

I appreciate the 'help' with recommending Taimanin Collection but I came here from there hoping this was going to be bad ass big sister to the terrible memory game to unlock mostly old art assets from previous Taimanin products.

Action Taimanin has ALWAYS been marketed as a SFW spin-off, that's why it's on Google Store in the first place rather than DMM.com.

And while Taimanin Collection isn't a good game (RPGX is much better), it's not "mostly old art assets from Taimanin products"), it's all original (you'd know that if you had actually played any of the Taimanin games before).

I don't see why you'd be shocked by 1 SFW spin-off when the company has released a truck-load of ultra hardcore games and keep making more.

They never advertised Action Taimanin as an eroge or such, so your porn movie example doesn't make any sense here x'D

I think the game is OK for another aproach, you always can play RPGX or purchase the eroges via DLSite. Also Kagami (the main artist of the taimanin franchise) is doing a new eroge work for Lilith, so the lewd never stopped.

I've read about the games enough to know their lewdness and to understand the IP was always lewd. They released the IP on steam so I thought I'd finally start consuming the product to endorse 'Legit' lewd stuff on the platform the way Taimanin Comes accross to me with the collection of barely animated VN story sequences felt very much like they cut and pasted "best of moments" into the game instead of having original content commissioned for it...

Some of my complaint still stands in my opinion. I take back other mean things I may have said about Taimain Collection.

I think I'm unsubscribing from this discussion it seems I'm just going to see replies that will amount to "the cultured Taimanin fanclub" making fun of me for having just admitted to only officially starting my Taimanin gaming experience with steam released products.

There is nothing wrong with starting with Action Taimanin. It's just that you really shouldn't complain about the lack of lewd in that game when you're new to the franchise.
If you want to check out the lewder main entries, you can buy them on DLSite and then use the fan translations patches. It's not going to be like an official translation, but that's the way you can play them in the legit way and in english.
