City Secret level

Hi, so I have gone through all the levels and all secret levels except for the one that the city level connects to when I go through with the hot air balloon it won't open. Am I doing something wrong or am I just missing something? Any help would be appreciated, thank you :)

Update: I just updated and launched the game and the issue still seems to be bugged I'm not sure what to do I went through the entire level again and still haven't unlocked the secret level. At this point, I'm out of ideas and just need to know if I'm being stupid or if this is actually a bug. Any help would be VERY appreciated!!

Thanks for reaching out! I'm wondering if you see the manhole cover on the back of the city level? It has a question mark icon on it. If you don't see it, it might be bugged and it's something I need to fix!

Yea I can see the manhole cover which is why I was so confused!

Well, Does the level not unlock when you shrink the manhole cover? If that doesn't unlock it, the secret level unlock might be bugged! Let me know if that worked or not.

I have also a problem with unlocking the secret seasonal levels. I set my date to the time required and play the menu screen. Then it takes me to the level 6 level selection or the secret level selection, but it never unlocks anything. I tried it with the Easter level and the Halloween level.

The seasonal levels aren't unlocked the same way as one of the secret levels :D There is always an extra square with a question mark hidden on the main menu screen when a seasonal level is accesible. Put the pillar on there to acces the seasonal level!

hey! The seasonal levels aren't unlocked the same way as the home screen secret level is. There is always an extra hidden thing on the homescreen when a seasonal home screen is active in order to launch those levels! :D

Ah, now I get it... okay!

It was confusing to me, that the solving of the "normal" home screen still took to the "?" level selection (where nothing happened). I always did that and never got the idea to put sth. on the "?" square.
