Will you also remake The Enchanted Castle?

Are you guys also remaking The Enchanted Castle?

With the following condition:
The original Enchanted Castle Game as a bonus. The remake with story expansion and more / new content. The Enchanted Castle was good, but not the same as Miracle World.

Remakes of Lost Stars, Enchanted Castle and Shinobi World would be interesting. Maybe include the BMX Trial thing as a bonus unlockable in one of them.

Hi-Tech World should be ignored though :p NOTHING can save that

judging from the response I would be surprised if this sold more than 20k copies. At 1:1, maybe even less than 10k copies. This is at the top of my wishlist but I just cannot bring myself to justify 20 buckeroodinodoos for this. It's the catch 22 of these games. This is something I would adore should I get it on sale for 5 bucks but given how many games are coming out and the Steam summer sale (tomorrow), it's just not a very good time. I hope they make a profit. Under other circumstances I would support this. but blame Days Gone for stealing my vidya money.

If they do I hope they ditch having to play so much janken, even to buy things was overkill, and that they improve on the boss fights a bit.
I would also add an extra castle level or two since that's my fave level from the original and some of the highlights of miracle world too.

I suppose 2-player would also be neat, a la the Lost Stars arcade game.

I would prefer a remake of the massively underrated, Shinobi World

Shinobi World was the only other Alex Kid game I enjoyed. Kind of funny how the first and last ones were the good ones.

Still, remakes can change or improve the duller ones. Alex Kidd was left in the dirt for all these years, hopefully he lives again after this remake.

I recently played through all the old alex kidd games and lost stars was god awful, most just laugh at the death scream. shinobi world or high tech world would be alright. although high tech world was a princess anmitsu game originally

I would like a Shinobi World remake, it's sadly pretty much the only other good Alex Kidd game.
Enchanted Castle was just, weird. I can't put my finger on it but between the controls, the graphics and the gameplay, it never was able to hold my attention for more than 15 minutes.
Hi-Tech Castle is crap (and not an Alex Kidd game anyway)
BMX Trial is ok, but it was meant to be played with the sports pad (trackball) and that just never really translates well to a d-pad, analogue stick or whatever.
Lost Stars is ok, if it's the Arcade version, the MS version is flawed compared to it (and that high-pitched death scream....ugh!)

Shinobi World is the most modern and accessible feeling game I think but also doesn't really feel like an AK game in any particular way, being a Shinobi spinoff. They can do more with EC to make it shine again.

Lost Stars was a lot better designed on MS, even if too easy.

Same for me, although this game and Shinobi World were the only Alex Kidd games I really enjoyed, and I played both of them a lot. I barely played the other games.

like i stated in my comment i feel lost stars is the worst game in the series but obviously thats my opinion. the BMX one was insanely short with janky controls which i didn't mention in my first comment lol

Hard agree. I can defend the use of Janken matches in the Miracle World boss fights, but having them in the shops is definitely overkill. If Enchanted Castle is ever remade, it needs to have ordinary shops. Gambling your money and life each time you want to buy something is absolute nonsense.
