Whats the deal with the explore reset timer?

It has been 72 hours since i played and the Explore timer was at 23 hours to reset on the adventure map. Today 72 hours later it still says 22 hours to reset.

The explore timer resets every 2 days. you get (x) number of explores on the adventure map based on the level of your cabin. For me I get 4 explores every 2 days. If you don't use them up then you waste them.

I know this However at the time of my post. I logged out of the game and the timer was at 23 hours remaining to reset. I logged back into the game 72 hours later and the time to reset was still sitting at 23 hours. I also get 4 explore and know how the mechanic is supposed to work. Currently it seems to be working correctly once again and the timer is actually counting down the way it should be. It was not at the time of my post.

Not sure then. maybe it was a glitch. I know that the "storage counter" will always say 8 hours after a pickup even if it's not really going to be 8 hours. Could just be one of those things that only gets fixed after logging in and out.

True, that could be. Was very strange because it was happening on my android phone as well . Totally different account. But all appears working now.

It is back at it again. Logged out 3 days ago and didnt play until today. At the time I logged out of this game the reset timer was at 22 hours. Logged back in today 3 full days later at around noon time and the timer was at 5 hours. Played a little bit and logged out of the game around 12:30 noon. Drove to Bangkok 1 hour drive there stayed there and spent about 4 hours eating and shopping with the wife and kids. drove back home another hour drive. Fiddled around with some other games until now 1:45am in the morning and just went into this game and the reset timer still says 2 hours until reset. IDK wtf is going on other then this is the slowest or worst timer or both in the world.

Sounds like a bug to email them about. Unless you're mixing up timers to refresh Explore under Botting (the daily quests that you allocate angels to) with the timer for Explore on the Adventure map, by any chance. Would that be possible? I mean only cause as you say you didn't login for days.

I am talking about the time to explore on the adventure map. What I have done to test this is play this game on my android phone/ my apple phone and here on steam. The apple phone timer appears to work properly all the time. So when it displays 1 hour to reset on the adventure map in a hour I can expect to be able to use the 3 explore's that I have them when used it will usually display that I have 33 hours or so before the explore function on the adventure map is again available. However on my android phone and in the steam version this is not always the case as with my original post. The timer seems to either stop or does not keep up with actual time.

Have not played this game in over a week, log into the game today go to the adventure map and guess what? 15 hours until the explore function is usable again. At this point I am done with this game. If they can not make a simple timer work correctly then I see no hope for any other function in this dumpster fire of a game.

Well, least it works on your iphone. Can't say much about the android version since I don't play it there, but the Steam version seems to work. Not to be obnoxious but have you tried a minimal troubleshooting like logging out in Steam, reinstalling the game, restarting the computer? As I commented before, it may well be a bug. They run a channel on discord for reporting glitches, could report it there.

Yah I told them about this on their discord a long time ago. Also sent a support ticket on my android about this issue. My timer still says it has 10 hours 13 minutes to go and I have not played this game since the 15th and making that last post. So five hours have gone by in 3 F%^king days. I give up, this games a joke.

I was actually in a DM with one of the devs and giving them screen caps from my profile that I have made public in case anyone wants to see what I am talking about. Pay close attention to the captions on the screen caps. Here is one for you all, on 8/12 I cleared my map of everything that could be cleared. Then used up my 4 explores, took a screen cap and the timer was counting down from 7+ hours. I did not boot the game until today 8/14 and the "countdown timer" actually went up by two ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hours to 9+ hours. This game is GONE!
