TBH i'd settle with the game looking a bit less like the mobile port that it is.
If it's gonna be on PC, it should have PC worthy graphics, doesn't have to push a 4090, but better than pre-1030 would be nice.
All of the body types are all the same with the exception of the chibi or short characters. For the most part I think all the bust, waste, and feminine features sizes are all the same. So its not like the modders would have to rework all the characters. One Rework to copy and place and the few others that don't fit would need reworks.
i doubt that is an issue, considering most anime characters look similar. the long hair chick in evangelion, this long hair chick, the long haired antagonist in the high school with the star uniforms and the chick with the scizzor blade killing the uniforms. the artists definately have types they like to draw.
If people buy the DLC, then it's because they would want nudity. If they don't buy the DLC, then they don't. Neither choice affects other players.
edit:
Plus as mentioned, there's already a mod for it. Do I use the mod? No, I don't care about nudity, and I couldn't care less what others do with their game. Also, I take it that you haven't seen the artwork section.
If you check a game before it's launch, you'll notice that it already has a set amount of tags on it; those are added by the developers. Users can add more tags, but they won't show unless the developers allow the tags to be shown.
