Recharging not working

So maybe I'm doing something wrong here, but I tried to do a recharge (in game purchase) and the game gets stuck on the loading circle without resolving the sale at all.

Any setting I need to enable or something like that?

Still having the exact same problem 2 years later and there is 100% nothing wrong with my network connection and the error is on Angel Legion's end

Go to Steam -> Settings -> In-Game and check the box“for "Enable Steam Overlay while in”game" option.
Otherwise, try to use a VPN and choose Hongkong server to see if it helps.
