1. Keep doing the daily events. Do the adventure map quests to make them repeat (e.g. you took out 10/10 adventurers, but there is another next to you, leave it for the next cycle of quests). There are also different features for different game mode you have to think about: a. campaign stages you can retry without any limit or penalty (except the used commander items). Same for Battlefield but your tries decline with each loss - they regenerate quickly though.
b. expedition you can retry too, but if you end up winning a stage beat up, you're starting the next stage with that disadvantage. Try to save boosters for the later stages where strategy alone doesn't help enough
c. use the 3 extra arena tickets on re-beating a foe you know you can win so you get more resources. The further you push into arena ranks the harder lineups you face, naturally.
d. endless trial stages you can repeat if you withdraw before your angels are all killed
2. You also get equips from looting, the store, chests, fusing in Cabin, production in cabin (I won't recommend since it uses the same resource as leveling angels)
3. Think of your formation, Miya's 3 weapons, try using different commander items. Lots of ways to progress honestly.
4. Using several supports helped me in the beginning personally *especially since it makes Alpha runs more feasible. Remember you don't have to take out everything in 2 turns, there are always 20 turns possible.
1. You can swap angels between the expedition stages. They are locked to the area in Endless Trial though, until the next area or restarting the area cause of a loss
2. Save gems for buying guaranteed S/S+ (S angel with combo) angels - the store teases you to blast gems on everything else too, like cosmetic items
3. The Day1-7 tasks don't disappear, so you don't have to rush those quests
4. Under Events / Combat Support, use the Timed Combat Coupons mostly on buying War Spirit *the orange resource* or again, the guaranteed S angel box.
5. Same principle in Expedition - use the Goddess Medal (the reward from expeditions) to buy S angels mostly (they cost 7500), then gems, then Triangles. Don't rush to use it on buying Alloy.

We all started with at least one S rank char, rest is basicaly being smart. You WILL need one healer in the back row, you WILL need at least 3 somewhat tankish physical chars up front and at least 2 DD's in the back (either magic or physical). It also cant hurt to upgrade your gear to get basicaly the next tier (at least one part of it) for free, then upgrade this to max etc. till you get your first legendary (Orange) piece (yes there are missions to do so, and you can do so as early as chapter 4, wich lets your main girl (who will become S+ rank eventualy anyway) become a brute force of both damage and tank, easily being able to go to 8-10 with her being suported by underleveld chars.
So either people are to lazy to read, to bussy to grind or, and thats what i dont hope, to stupid to think for themselfe AND get into the game. Thou i had the advantage of having this played already on mobile version, i chose steam as its supperior FPS and Graphic wise. Still : this is among the easiest of the grind games out there.
