Pickpocketing bug allows easy success
1. Successfully Pickpocket someone
2. Start Pickpocketing someone else, but DO NOT touch the mouse button at all.
3. After a second, the success meter starts to rise until you win.
4. Profit

You can test this on the mannequin in the hideout, as well.
