EDIT. Nevermind, just saw the changelog. Gotta say, that's... mighty stupid, especially when there's a cheevo for having 100k in bank. Lucky I did it before the patch. A heads up IN GAME would be nice, having to scroll through the forums to know what gives is... also mighty stupid.
You can't deposit more than 25k$ and the interests are capped to something I forgot atm
And yeah the interest rate stops being applied after you get to 50k... which makes sense; if you've got that much money saved up then you're pretty much set for life in this game economy wise, and don't need that extra interest money coming in to potentially overflow your bank balance.
Yeah, that's something I can get behind as well. OTOH, the game - as is - is fine WRT money. And there's absolutely nothing stopping *something* to happen in the next DLC or story update or whatever. Heck, Darkbank could be a scam and leave you with nothing or in crippling debt. It just feels arbitrary to limit the player's ability to get money; and the more the player amasses, the harder an... "incident" hits.
