ATM Hacking Tool shows up as a hot item.

I'm on my second play through, so now I'm doing more hoarding this time around in hopes of selling more hot items. I went to the fence, and the ATM Hacking Tool was the daily hot item.

This wouldn't have been so bad, except that fences only buy loot, and not tools, because I would have loved to have sold the tool I had on me for a profit, and buy another.

Or better yet, I would have emptied my inventory, then bought as many ATM Hacking Tools as possible, then sold them all, and keep repeating until the hot item of the day changed.
