NPCs not seeing me sometimes

I have come across a weird bug where sometimes the NPC's in houses and in the warehouse heist will just not notice me. I didn't mess around with it too much as I didn't wanna end up getting caught however i would crouch right in front of them for about 30 seconds and not have any warning of being seen. It's not game-breaking because its really rare, only happening like 3 times, and actually helped a little bit but thought I should mention it. Seemed to happen more often when they were actively searching for me after seeing an open door or something like that. One time it was with an associate active following me around and another I was alone however I did have the sneaking boots. At first I thought it was just because the lights were off and maybe I was hidden but I knew it was a bug when I started walking around uncrouched right in front of the tenant and he didn't care at all. The warehouse one happened in one of the cubicles, I didn't see him coming but he walked in while I was crouched and just stood right on me looking at me. so I stopped for about 20 seconds hoping he wouldn't detect me, and then I ending up just walking out the door undetected. Don't know if this comment will help because I do not really know what caused it but I loved the first thief simulator and I am loving this game even more so far.

I can confirm I experienced the same thing today. I could walk right in front of tenants and they wouldn't see me. They would still hear if I made noise, but couldn't see me. (Cameras still did and pedestrians/cars still noticed me if I was doing something suspicious.)
