Monitor, Keyboard, and PC Mouse?
There is the thing on blackbay for the Monitor, Keyboard, and PC Mouse. But I've grabbed each multiple times, and it didn't let me sell them. Is there a specific one you need?

seems so - from what I'm seeing the final heist has a full set, but I was somehow able to get the keyboard before then. Might have been random loot I picked up from a van
