What's the deal with the "$" Box at your hideout?
I see this box with a Dollar Sign in the yard of my hideout and I thought it was just a place to sell loot instead of selling it at the pawnshop. But when I go to interact with it it only accepts some of the loot I have and it says "Could use that".

There's a lot of things in the game that isn't explained in the tutorial and this might be one of them. So, what's that box used for exactly?

it's basically exactly that - a place to sell stuff instead of the Pawn Shop. Likewise, to sell large items, you have to put them on the ground near the box.

However, you do pay for that convenience - there is a 10% cut on anything sold to the box (so something that would normally sell for $150 at a pawn shop instead sells for $135 at the hideout). This penalty is there by default, and it is affected by the day events (so if you have restock day up... you're losing a massive 30% of each items value!)

As far as limitations go... it cannot sell items directly from storage (which is a blessing as this ensures you don't get rid of things you want to keep, such as BlackBay target items), and... like the Pawn Broker... it will not handle vehicle parts (you have to sell those directly at the junkyard)
