story mode question

hi, when the game says freemode it meens that the game is finished? and the guy will never call you again?

Free mode will say Free mode on the top left corner of your game. It has no story quests, therefore, you will not find some specific quest items to sell on Black Bay or unlock certain events. Once you have completed story mode and have seen the last cut scene, your game will say, "do whatever you want" and you can complete your other side quests however you like.

ok so if thev game says do whatever you want i can only do the other tasks and the story is completely finished?
