Thief contract steal Antique coffee mill from 108 location?

Ive searched the entire property 5+ times

Some of these items are not appearing (from the Thief Contracts), I have had 2 of them that I couldn't locate at all.. searched everywhere in the properties, etc.. I think there's something wrong with the utility that spawns them.. even dropping the thief contract and re-attaining it doesn't help. I've been just skipping them for now, assuming they will be fixed soon.

Should be on the corner kitchen counter, a tip about Thief Contracts is that the image on the contract when you receive them shows it's location, so you can memorize anything near it or the wall or surface textures to govern where it may be located

ok i see where it would be but it isnt there. guess its just bugged

Is the contract active? I've accidentally went looking for items like this before and they won't be there unless the contract is active.

I couldn't find it until I used the binoculars to check out the place from outside. (I was checking for blackbay items) and then I realized I must have looked over it from its kitchen corner top despite thinking I checked the entire building several times. Perhaps there's a chance that the binoculars will spawn it?? I think contracts can be canceled now so it may be better to cancel it and try it another time.

Thanks this worked. I walked far away, took out binoculars, and slowly walked towards the house while zoomed and it spawned in.
