Baton = Unbreakable Crowbar?

They have the same attack speed, I don't know about damage. So it just something that can be used for smashing things and/or people without having to replace it?

The Baton can break too, I've had mine break

Issue is you get fined for using the crowbar is a weapon. Baton you dont.

the baton can definately break. while working on the achievement "Brutal Thief" I broke it a couple of times...so I bought a couple of spares..how? the game only lets you have one at a time? I just dropped it in front of the computer and then I could buy another one. putting it in storage didn't work, you have to drop it.
