Can't get past 203
I'm stuck at the mission "Finish your job at 203 (loot missions)"
I stole all three items, sold them and no incoming call was triggered back in the hideout.
Do I have to 100% the house like Routines and side missions or is this a bug?

IIRC, there was a similar mission in the first neighborhood. You have to do both the Loot and the HellNeighbor missions for that house.
