Missing mission on Hillville 113.

I am level 30 with all the tools, but I can't finish Hillville because of a weird bug on 113, Adley's house.

It says Mission : 0/1 but I have no mission on Hell Neighbour nor Thief Contract.

Did I missed something, or is it bugged?

113 Adley's is on Madison St. (not Hillville) and the mission you are missing is to take a few photos in the house. So, yes, you are missing something. that mission is either given via a phonecall, or via Thief Contracts, I forgot which one.

It is indeed a story related mission, after doing Hillville missions, you'll eventually be told to go to 113 on Madison Street for that mission in question

I have already did the taking photo mission.
And I also already did all phonecall mission, so I don't think those count to the completion.

Yea it's main story related, which is one of the few odd ones that have it under the missions tab in the journal which most story missions don't.
