If you're having trouble with the heavy stuff, park at the lot by the pawn shop (across the street), and phone up your associate... have them do all the heavy lifting while you focus on the smaller bits and baubles. Just keep in mind that you have to re-activate the heavy carry task each time they return, they cost a hundred bucks (until you get the stolen rewards perk), and that they can only use their assistance a finite amount of times per session (a session is basically that trip to the neighborhood)
So, if you unlock the front door, make sure to lock it again behind you.
