where and how do i get a garage

At the side of your hideout, the side where your truck is parked, there's a gate with a yellow icon. Walk up to that gate and you'll get the option to buy it.

I just recently got the game and I’m stuck at that same mission for the Warehouse Heist. My problem is that the gate doesn’t give me a “buy” button for the garage? I’ve restarted the game but I’m stuck at this point

*Edit: Figured it out. It pops up when you have enough money.
