I always start with the 12345, greens being obvious, don't move them, or alternatively if you get say 2-3 greens, you could just add all other numbers 6789 then guess a yellow if you have them in another spot, to deduce all other possible numbers, if you get a bunch of yellows, put them in different spots, if you have any spare spaces, don't forget to guess the other numbers in those extra spaces you haven't guessed, if I'm missing numbers then, I'll add the other numbers periodically, just don't place the same number in the same spot again if it's not correct, easily able to deduce the solution

No, it's not too hard, it's just annoying, I've never been good at Sudoku.
That's exactly what I'm doing right now.
Edit: It's wordle with 9 numbers instead of 26 letters.
