Training modules worthless
The Training modules are quite limited. They doesn't notice if you do things too quickly or incorrectly. In its current state, they are completely worthless.

False. Many of us have been using those modules. There are bugs or two, BUT ITS A DEMO.

There are definitely a couple limitations in the tutorial. Especially Cold and Dark. I was following the directions until I got to one of the electric panels, and activated it from the bottom up instead of top down. The tutorial was telling me I still needed to activate the 2nd one. When I clicked on it, it deactivated (because it was already on) and then moved to the next one. I ended up having to cycle the rest to get them in the proper state to be able to move on to the next step.

The tutorial has been designed so that people can follow it slowly. If you go too fast you can press back space to go back, or enter to make her go quicker. The cold&Dark one needs to be concentrated on so that it can be done in future ( really, it's for wannabe engineers), it is also very detailed so one can learn about the systems and how they work.

seems worthwhile here, especially the engineering one

the engineering one was useful but that's it

I flew around a bit ... the planets have no mass and therefore no gravity, they simply don't exist. They therefore have no effect on the ship. I flew through a black hole, who can say that about themselves? Missing the event horizon.

None of that is ready.

Give the dev team some time. Im sure they are working hard on this project.
A lot of players here seem to think that all games should be fully operational and bug free as soon as it is released. This project may take months or years until it is in full release.

Everyone needs to remember that we are in very early alpha, and in completely open development. So you all get to watch how slowly games are actually created ( especially by a solo dev). The tech demo, is just a tech demo, it's to show the main core concepts of the game :)
