Dualsense - haptic vibration, adaptive triggers

Does the game support dualsense pads function? I have a USB cable connected and unfortunately I have not noticed these functions so far...

I'm not sure what you are talking about, the Dualsense controller works fine, but the game definitely has no support for its specific features (you don't have adjusted trigger resistance when scratching, you don't have purring vibration, meows coming from the controller, or other features the PS5 version of the game has). You'll just get classic rumble in some places (e.g. dropping from a height).

wrong. Sony paid for it to be an exclusive. After a year it will be on all platforms.

Not sure what you mean here, full dualsense support is in multiple PC games. Are you saying Sony paid to have 1 year of exclusive dualsense support for just Stray? That's ridiculous.
