When is this going to unlock for pre-load?

you realize that even if I had a 1gbit internet connection it would still take me 80 seconds to download, and plus some more to install it, right?

I dont have that fast connection.

And as I said I wanna play this at the time of release.

Not at all, was there a bandwidth requirement on the game store page? I don't think so.
As I said before, what if it's gonna take me a whole day to download it?

If there's a preload, there's a preload. If not, there won't be one. It's not going to change just because *you* want to play it exactly at midnight or whenever it should be unlocked in your time zone as the world does not revolve around you.
