Apparently AnnaPurna either went out of business or closed down their games studio. I'm not quite clear about what happened, but apparently AnnaPurna wanted to spin off their games studios to become a separate company, and talks fell through. I haven't found more news about where things stand as of now (March 2025), but in all the research I've done, it seems to be a Stray 2 sequel or any DLC's for the original game are not going to happen, which is unfortunate, as I enjoyed the game.

It's a shame ((( I really liked the game too, but I still hope for a sequel or at least a DLC.
