At least have a cheat console, or a "for dummies" retry mode that dulls their damn teeth.
You are a very charming person. No thats not sarcastic. Really! We should all be like you. Shine at us with all your greatness!
Most encounters with the Zurks are some kind of environment puzzles. If you dont mean the elevator you have a possibility to lure them in a long way which you can skip with one elegant cat-jump. Dont forget that you have the power of mew at your side. With a mew you can attract them at larger distance which can help lure them around.
Hope you get over the rooftop soon to the again enjoyable part of the game :)
Zurks sucks :D
They are mainly just in the first half of the game, once you progress out of the first main area, you don't really deal with them anymore.
The zurk chases aren't even hard, just the achievements they are tied to.
Why lying?
Zurks are absolutely unnecessary to the story, AND to the gameplay.
Developers must add an optional "no-zurks" feature in the game, and everybody will be happy.
They aren't lying, after you escape the Slums, that's the end of the Zurks. xD
They do add a lot to the story, it's the reason why the robots are too scared to try to leave.
Without the Zurks, a lot of the story wouldn't make sense.
And I still think having sentinels keep robots in the Slums would make for a more coherent story with less plot holes.
