No Full-screen on lower resolution
Why can't I set Full Screen when I change my resolution from 3440x1440 to 2560x1080.

I have an RTX3070 but this game wants to run at +80 degrees at 1440, while other more demanding games like God of War or Horizon Zero Dawn run in the low 70s.

I know I can change the scalling, but other games allow 'Full Screen' at different resolutions, am I missing something.

Agreed. Full screen is locked with Windows resolution. If you want a lower resolution, you need to change your resolution settings in Windows first. This issue should be reported to the team and be patched in the next update.
