Totally different than actual VR.
Maybe not incapable, but currently does not support any such ability.
Luke Ross managed to provide it for his mods on GTAV and Horizon Zero Dawn. So never say never. Both those games with the VR mod gave options for 1st/3rd person views, and both worked correctly in each respective view.
If he ever gets around to getting them to provide real stereo instead of the Alternating stereo......

And some times you can even "cheat"

In 2018 I made a profile for "Assassin's Creed Syndicate" and imo it played fine with ok camera control and head tracking (I only play seated).
If this makes my gaming experience more immersive and enjoyable it is a win win, and I do not care what other people calls it or if it is not "correct" VR, and even Luke Ross great VR mods do not support tracked controllers.
cause no
Check this. Now support all Nvidia include 30 cards, and also AMD. 3D vision is a history we can forget it.

Does it really works on all Nvidiea cards? (into my card can not be installed 3D driver at all - I thought that all Nvidia cards have 3D but, but found out it when I turned on my new computer that this card does not support it - it even does'nt have the 3D Vision menu in it's settings as did some very old card on my previous computer) - Is it easy to install it and make it work as a reshade 3D depth? - do I need only install the: 3D Fix Manager or what? It seem to complicated. I tried reshade 3D on Witcher 3 but it was mess as a VorpX - totally unplayable. (I never tried 3D vision - did not have 3D monitor - now I have 3D projector - so I play mainly 3D games from PS3/4, there is only a few 3D games on PC)

Pretty much all Unreal Enginge games has some VR files due to the engine having them!
Follow the site I gave you to get the job done.
And yes modern N and A card supported include rtx30, not ALL cards of course if it's too old.
Now if someone made a game like this from the ground up with VR in mind that would be amazing. There is one VR cat "simulator" but it is hot garbage.
