HK Project?
Years ago I saw a short trailer for HK Project, in the video the camera was following a cat through the slums of a futuristic cyberpunk city. Is this the same game only renamed to Stray or is it a knockoff of HK Project?

yeah I remember reading somewhere that it's name was that at that time.
