Headhunters question
How many headhunters do you employee? I just have 5 and considering to hire enough to cover all jobs and set them to recruit continuous so whenever someone retires I have a recruit available. It sucks when an employee retires on the weekend and I have no one to replace them with. However, having headhunters recruiting non-stop for all jobs seems excessive and possibly causing some lagging issues in the game.

Does anyone hire enough headhunters to cover all your HR managers when an employee retires? How does that work? Do they replace the employee with same demands? I just want full time employees and some other demands and skilled staff.

Hey! By the way, it's more than retirement - headhunters will replace any employee that quits, is poached, retires, etc.

This way you don't need to have recruits available, nor worry about them on the weekend! You just need 1 headhunter per 100 employees!

The replacement should be pretty close to the previous employee (basically the same or similar demands, similar wages, but just younger).

Thanks! I had just enough space in one of my headquarters to add 45 headhunters so now I have 50 headhunters and 100 HR - I had some extra HR staff but laid them off cause I don't think I'll ever need them.

2 HR staff per headhunters doesn't seem like enough but putting it as they cover 100 (102 technically as I assume they cover the HR staff as well) employees it makes more sense. I was hesitant at first cause seemed like a lot of extra employees to auto replace workers but it's a pretty tedious task to do it manually so seems worth it.
