HR and Deliveries

Hello I’m wondering if someone can offer me a basic guide to setting up my HR a deliveries. I only have 1 business open right now so it’s not massively important as I can manage it. But I am looking to expand. I have watched a guide but it’s difficult to understand what’s going on and what to do. Can someone offer some tips, advice and help. I am looking to set up a HR:

-what I need
-what it does
-how to set up deliveries
-how to have HR manage staff training and sickness
-anything else I may need to know

Deliveries:
-how I set them up in the docks (I think I know about warehouses and trucks)
-how to set up a delivery
-how to know what to order
-anything else that may be useful.

I am playing with the uncle guide so it might be something he goes into but just thought I would ask here. Thank you

For HR just create a task, assign them to it then assign all your workers to them, them adjust slider to the level of training you want

Deliveries from the docks (importers) require Purchasing Agents. You need to have a Headquarters and hire & schedule a PA before going to the importer.
