Also note 'interior' applies to staff uniform, JIC you think the message only relates to the walls/floor issue.
music is also interior
1) untrained employees (you have 50%, so if you work a till you lower it)
2) watching your business run/being in the store, this can cause queue issues which makes it go down, to lengthen the queue, press interior design and right click your cash register
3) employee satisfaction not being at 100% results in less quality
in my experience this stat isn't really useful for non-offices
If it is a small store and I like the relatively inexpensive wall/floor texture, it is negated one way or the other. Ridiculous!
a trashy way to bypass this is to put expensive tiles under things or in the backroom
Yeah, just chuck that leaky box of hotdogs over there on the marble, s'fine we got a mop.
But here's my regular layout in early game for stores such as Gift, Florist, Liquor:
2 plants: $240
2 floor lamps: $100
2 carpets: $60
1 wall clock: $60
1 speaker: $80
(8 items because of Ikea trolley.)
Then I paint the front and rear walls with $35 paint.
Cost of paint is around $500 for 75m2 and $1000 for 225m2.
I don't change the side walls nor the floor at all.
Result is 100% interior.
