employee satisfaction: help

Hello, my employee satisfaction is not going up and they don't tell me what they want to increase their satisfaction....
Do you have any tips or guides to help me increase their satisfaction?

Some employees may want something more specific.
For example one might want a coffee machine in the office or a specific chair.
Some might wish to only work during the day or only 5 day weeks.

You can check their needs under the employee tab.

Personally this is why I never hire anyone who wants more than $29 an hour because for some reason they never have needs other than full-time or part-time.

As enivoke said fulfill thei demands like equipment and workdays and also respect their required work hours (half or full time) and it will slowly go up over time

Personally i dont mind demands like specific chairs, refrigerators or coffee machines (remember its the cheap ikea one not the industrial one).. it adds to the charm and realism of my office spaces making them feel like real work places :)
Though i do reject any workers who want specific work days or no weekends and stuff like that since i cant be bothered doing separate schedules for each day

In the MyEmployees tab (purple icon) you can click the employee's names and you'll see they have demands, if there's a green tick next to it that means that demand is being fulfilled. Hover over the demands and it'll tell you a small description of it.

Another way to see this is also in schedule tab when you assign your employees, by hovering over their names you'll see their demands either be in red or green text. Red means they're not met, green means they're met.

Full-time employees appears to want to work between 30 to 50 hours a week.
Part-time employees appears to prefer only work between 10 to 30 hours a week.

Peaceful working environment means that they want you to be 50% happy or above.

Stuff like that, meet these criterias and they'll stay 100% forever. Even if you make them work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, they'll stay 100% happy!
