Employee Replacement

So it's the first time I've played a save through long enough where employees need replacing. Now, I have headhunters for all HR managers and have the replacement set. It even says "HR Manager 'Bob' is replacing" or whatever the message is. Now... I'm not seeing any replacements.

And I think I know why. Because I also had the HR managers set to replace with temporary staff. So I'm guessing that overruled the headhunter replacement, and now that the retiring employees are gone, the game thinks the headhunter doesn't need to replace them now even though it says they are in the process of? I've skipped a couple of days and nothing. SO I'm guessing I done goofed by having BOTH headhunters and HR managers set to automatically replaced... So David, would that be correct? And to do a fix, I'll need to manually recruit them from a headhunter as normal?

soo did they not replace the guy at all ? how many days had passed since that replacement message?

Nope. 5 days at least. Just have to do it manually. Not too many employees thankfully.

Hey! To clarify - it's the headhunter that replaces them, not the HR Manager. The HR's temporary staff should only be for sick workers, and shouldn't interfere.

However, if the headhunter is the one that is missing, and you have that headhunter assigned to himself, basically (you assign the headhunter to an HR Manager and assigned that HR Manager back to the same headhunter), there is no one to replace the headhunter then.
