Question about Office Worker Hours
Hey so with things like graphic designers, lawyers, and programmers, If I schedule them to work nighttime hours, do customers still come through at an effective rate during the night to make it worth it to do that, or are there specific hours only during daytime that customers come?

Personally. I only run 8am to 6pm for those. And hostly i don't even run anything but lawyers as the other 2 just aren't worth the investment to me.
As for extra hours, I know of a few people that like to run them but you're talking about extra employee's just to run night shift to get 1 or 2 people an hour if any. I have heard they get that sometimes others it's just flat 0. You can try it if you like to experiment and look at the last 24hrs on your customer graph on insight page. That will tell you how many (if any) customers you had during those hours.

Thanks for the reply, I ran it forward a little bit and watched what happened and I wasn't really getting any customers during the nights or at all on the weekends so I stopped being open those times/days. It is now profitable at least and not losing money on an average day, but probably wasn't worth the initial investment. Thanks for the reply though, that was helpful!

I tested one of each business and saw there was some weekend work in the K1 offices, 4 customers per hour, then hired part time workers to work the weekend shift and realized it was not worth it. It's nice to see revenue over the weekends, however, not all of the K1 offices get customers and now I can't use the "schedule all days".

Hmmm as I was writing that I thought maybe it would be better to have the smallest offices open during the weekend. I tried with the K1 offices first, then tried the other office sizes, while the K1 offices were open.

So far, all of my offices have been getting a maximum of 1 customer per hour on Saturday and Sunday. One part timer covering those two days mitigates rent and marketing, sometimes turns a small profit, but doesn't seem to care about the size or location of the office.
As for weekday hours, they vary by office type so far. I dropped profits for a few days to do some testing, but it was worth the data. 6 customers per hour on either side of peak hours (11 to 18) on one web dev agency, 7 customers per hour at 7-8 AM for two of my law firms. I have cut hours to match these flows and saved quite a bit per day for it. I don't know how much it varies per location, but it's been consistent per business for me.

you can tell on the insight page and click on the button that shows traffic by the hour some hours might be lower and some almost non existent if scheduled through them i just had to close all mine on the weekends cause i saw how almost next to no one comes in those days
