HELP. Bug. energy completely gone after being stuck get on the treadmil

After being stuck get on the treadmill until complete exhaustion. i was sent to the hospital which allowed me to move, thankfully. Then i fell into another problem, i don't regain energy. My guess is im stuck in the treadmill running animation and wont let me gain energy, even when i sleep. i tried using a save before the incident and it worked for a good 20 days before not letting me gain energy again. Only this time when i use the back up saves it still doesn't let me regain energy.

Hello - could you please describe exactly what you do when you get stuck? Are you using any mods, cheats or trainers? While working out, are you pausing, opening menus, making calls etc?

Have you tried, saving, exiting and reloading? I've only seen a couple reports of this, but when reloading the game, everything is working fine again.

Thanks for replying - No cheats, no mods just plain vanilla play through. i experienced the bug during my morning routine; couple hours on the PC to increase happiness followed by 45 mins on the treadmill ( quick note: my treadmill is placed in front of the desk and sometimes my character appears in front of the treadmill, no walking just teleport ) i interacted with the treadmill, which prompted the skip option and before i could press it, it disappeared and my character was stuck running until exhaustion. i woke up in the hospital still draining energy unable to gain energy like as if my character was still stuck on the treadmill somehow.

I've tried using the recover saves, which fixed the problem the first time, but they ended up being corrupted as well. it wasn't until i used one of the recover saves that had enough energy for me to go to a gym and i used a punching bag; cancelling the initial treadmill exercise. allowing me to keep the save, thankfully.

for now i will avoid the treadmill.

Good to know - thank you very much for the details. We'll be working to figure out what is causing the issue! It's got to be some specific combination of things - a common element seems to be using multiple items in a row, so hopefully that is the clue that helps us! Thank you again!
