Need clarity on cleaners

Can someone please provide some additional clarity on how to set up cleaning? Specifically as it pertains to HQ. Is it possible to have cleaners auto-cleaning business, or does each business require its own cleaner?

I read somewhere that first level of cleaning would be customer service employees. Then second level would be individual cleaners assigned to individual business. And then third level would be cleaners assigned to HR managers in HQ that would auto-clean. I can't figure out if this third level exists in the game. Please discuss/explain.

It works exactly like your other employees with a simple twist, you need a cleaning station purchased and placed into your building, then simply goto your schedule as you always do, and a cleaning station will appear, just how a cash register or a desktop would.
Drag and drop, adjust the time and you're good to go!

In the version before early access I was told that you could have one cleaner for multiple but a change broke that. What I would say is have a cleaner for every office right now, use customer service to clean those businesses and wait to see if that change comes back. I don't know first hand but that's what I do currently
