A Little Confused on Customer capacity
Okay so I read the help message in this screenshot (Screenshot 1) and I get it but I also don't :steamsad:. So it states that each furniture item adds to its own customer capacity (Up to the building limit), so I have 2 Rounded Shelf's each providing 15 and each with their different products on them, also providing 15(Each) and a building limit of 15 as seen in this (Screenshot 2) , does that mean if I have a building limit of 15 I should only be placing 1 Shelf and selling only 1 product(Most likely the most expensive product) because it matches the limit? OR Is it is worth it to still place more shelves each with there own product? Like will I still only sell the same amount of items per hour even if I have more shelves or do customers just buy way more if you have more products overall as long as I keep the capacity at 15?

Thanks everyone :gordon:

Each display has a limit on it. No matter what you're selling in the store, you have to have the display of the product being sold to match the building capacity. I.E. Gifts in your case. Move it into a 30 capacity building, You need 2 rounded display for EACH PRODUCT you want to sell. Or phones if you want to go that far you have to have enough displays for any product you sell to match the customer limit per hour to building. If you do NOT do this and say have 2 cheap gifts 2 expensive but only one small soda fridge the Soda fridge limit will be your new max customer per hour limit reguardless of what else you have in there . ALL displays must match building limit or it will default to the lowest customer per hour display.

The short answer is: the product with the lowest limit on your shelves sets the absolute customer limit for the entire store, unless the store's own limit is even lower or you don't have enough cash registers to cover them all.
More shelves for a single product are okay, but they will not increase the store's customer limit.

Perfect! So each product, I can have up to that max for the building, not the amount of furniture items like the help menu states, So if I can sell 10 products then I can have as many shelves that I want to hit the building limit for each product, Thanks guys!

Which part of the help is confusing you? That should be what the help file states - you must have enough of each furniture item to reach the building limit, otherwise your entire store will be limited to the capacity of the lowest furniture item. Meaning if one item you are selling is limited to 10 customers per hour, that will limit the entire store to 10 customers per hour.

No that part makes perfect sense to me :)

I was getting confused and thinking that the customers can only purchase a certain amount of items and that it is tied to the capacity, not that I could sell as many products as I wanted.

Hopefully I explained this well enough, either way I am enjoying the game just as much if not more than startup company.
