"Full Time" Employee not happy?

Just noticed that two of my "Full Time" employee's are not happy with their schedule.

Both only require 40hrs and no cleaning shift.

Both scheduled 40hrs exactly, no cleaning shifts(I do the cleaning daily currently), and the business is open and getting customers.

It's a fast food place, if that might be something??

This happens when their schedule changes through the week. They remember their hours worked, so if their schedule changes, they are probably over their total requested hours for the week. It should reset on Monday, though!

Makes sense. I TOTALLY did NOT change their schedule part way through multiple days to cover night shift to get extra money.

Nope..Definitely wouldn't violate human rights to make them work 24/7..

lmao most of my employees work 7 days a week... 5, 6 or 7 hour shifts.

My workers do tops 10 hours shifts and that is if the interface works well, if it does not they can very well work around the clock makes little difference to me. Yeah, i sit and manually put them in one by one, that´s love and care and dedication.

I saw one with a part time work demand and it was 30 hours, still not a ticked box for his time and that i´m pretty sure of happened all by itself, he´s now a former worker of our company since i just didn´t know what to do with him, or her. It´s the same as what David already told? It seems unrelated to it though.

Sounds like the same thing, yes. Most likely you changed their hours, and then fired them for it! :)
