* Team A : Purchasing agents. Through importers, they procure goods that end in warehouses. Through Bizman, select the purchasing agents and either buy once or set recurring purchases. Then, make sure eventually the products make it to the warehouse. Remember to assign a warehouse when setting up a purchase.
* Team B : Logistics Managers + Drivers (assigned to vehicles inside the warehouses). Together they deliver goods from the warehouse to your business. From Bizman you select the logistics managers and set up a plan. Once this is done, depending on the number of drivers and vehicles (and their size) as well as level of managers and drivers, you will see how many destinations they can deliver to. Then you Add Destination (i.e. your intended business). If the business is already properly set up (i.e. you have stands/etc to put your products, including actually defining the product a display/stand/etc is for), around 2AM or so the drivers go and deliver what each of their destinations need.
Where some of this can break (based on my experience) is that we could set up a business with generic stands (for example for bread like muffins and donuts) and fail to define which of all products is the stand for. Also, on the Bizman Logistics Managers window, on each destination you need to see explicitly which products your business should receive. If you don't see a product listed, it may be that something is not properly set up. Then of course if your warehouse never gets the products from your purchasers, the drivers cannot deliver it, so make sure the warehouses at some point have your intended products or revise the Purchasing Agents page to make sure your import products are correct.
Hope this helps. Cheers.
'currently'.... so there's a chance? ;)
