In bizman select your store, then choose settings on the right most tab. This is where those admin stages are. You can choose the type of business here and rename it. I suspect you haven't done this part. The game is paused at this point so take your time to become familiar with this page. It has other useful options. You may want to change your store from one type to another for example. In that case (or maybe this one) you would close the business (you still have a rental contract), and then open a different one.
Once you choose the type of business, a minimum requirement pops up in your adviser panel with associated errors which remain until you have satisfied them. The most common one for newbies is tills. The wrong type, or no paper bags or a till not on a cabinet are 3 common errors. but if you run into any you can post here and learn a little more.
Finally, on the normal screen there is a ? on the top right. This gives you access to one of the most comprehensive, early access help files you will come across. This should help enormously.
Honestly though I don't recommend an electronics store until you have atleast $100k-$200k because buying the initial stock for them is a big investment. Once you've go one set up you'll be making bank though, so get those first few gift shops set up, then drive to the bank in Hell's Kitchen, take on an $800k loan, set up a warehouse, then start building electronics stores all over the place.
