Negative interest rate question

how am I supposed to deal with this? I lose more money than I receive it with this, so how am I ever supposed to get that achievement of a bank balance of 10 million if I keep losing money?

Or, does it only take interest away once every long while?

You are only charged negative interest every Sunday/Monday. The higher your account balance is, the more interest you pay.

On normal, I believe the rate is 0.5%. 5% if you are playing on hard.

If you want to avoid that, invest your money Sunday morning in a low risk "company". You can use that as a savings account and you will only be charged negative interest on current balance.
